Just hitting boutique shelves is the Alholm leather jacket from Elk… the label is better know for their cute jewellery but have done a stellar job branching out into apparel. The jacket has a lovely cropped, figure-defining cut which would work wonderfully with high-waisted pants or as a tough cover-up with a pretty dress.
The leather is tanned with non-toxic vegetable dyes. Retail price: a scanty $310. Correct me if I’m wrong but that seems like a veritable bargain for a leather jacket, even more so when you consider that leather was all over the RAFW runways so you’ll be whipping it out all next season as well.
