The ever-elegant Mrs Press tonight launched her summer collection ‘Some Enchanted Evening’. ‘Twas enchanting indeed. Guests at the Sydney harbourside mansion were treated to delightful vignettes as they wandered from room to room. The installation was akin to peeking through the window of someone living a life of serene glamour.

Lounging poolside in a textured white and gold bodysuit or freshening up in the powder room in French knickers, bustier and hoop skirt, 50s influences were abundant. She’s a classic kind of gal, that Mrs Press, although she did reveal a naughty side in the bedroom (below) strewn with petals and Playboy magazines. She kept up appearances, of course, in extravagant gowns and ruffled neckpieces.

She let her hair down on the terrace with a touch of disco—gold sequins—and a great silk georgette jumpsuit.
