A few new images from the Su-Wen Leong SS collection lookbook to give a better idea about the clothes compared to my arty (read: dark) iPhone snap posted yesterday.
The Saturn Ring boiler suit (centre) features the beautiful print by artist Shalini Jardin previously mentioned. The print also appears on a blouse and knee length dress, both with black panelling and also in maxi-dress form (strapless or a gorgeous 70s-esque column style—seen above in a beautiful nude sheen).
Su-Wen’s Fru Cake dress (left) gives an idea of her penchant for asymmetrical panel detail that fits together like a slightly-but-not-t00-kooky jigsaw. Colours across the range are very much as you see above, save for a selection of knit dresses with a three-tone, bleeding colour combo of sunset tones or pink-and-blue.
Of course, being SS10-11, these pieces are a few months away from boutique shelves…but one can always dream in the meanwhile.
